Boot Camp

Team 82's Boot Camp provide men and women an opportunity to experience the same Team 82 training philosophy, environment, and training programs as our scholastic, collegiate and pro athletes.

Team 82 realizes your fitness goals have changed since youth. As your goals have changed so does the training. We consider your need to increase bone strength, and functional strength used for everyday life as adults. Clients are trained in small groups, focusing on strength, cardio, flexibility and core training. As a client of Team 82, our coaches will always be available to consult you and any of your training and fitness.
