This stimulating massage goes deeper into tense muscles than the Swedish massage. Using cross-fiber friction, joint mobilization and PNF stretching, Trigger Point (an area of hypersensitivity.) Therapy works towards restoring, rebuilding and relaxing the muscle tissue. Helps to speed recovery from injuries, reduce chances of trauma, and enhances many massage benefits. Has a much longer lasting effect. The level of pressure is tailored around the clients preference. Deep tissue massage can be accompanied with hot packs and cold packs. Lasts 30-90 minutes.
