Drill FITT

Drill FITT is a fun and motivating military-style cardio aerobics class that consists of 2 Zones: Group Aerobics and Circuit Drills. The group aerobics is synchronized exercises to a set time of music. Drill F.I.T.T. songs are designed from 16-18 minutes for beginner levels to 25-30 minutes for intermediate and advance levels.

Group Drills - Consists of group formation and military-style exercises synchronized to music and the instructors count. Exercises start out Mildly Intense and becomes more challenging as the member progress.

Circuit Drills - Pushes members to new personal heights as they rotate to and from challenging and fun exercise stations. Participants start at a exercise station and work there for 45 seconds. After the time is up they rotate to the left to the next exercise station. There are between 12 and 16 stations per session. To prevent the plateau effect exercises advance and intensify as the member becomes more fit.

F - FREQUENCY

Imagine yourself tuning a radio trying to find that station. You become excited when you start to hear the music; you know you're getting close. You keep trying to tune the station because it is not crystal clear. After diligently working, you find success when you have a clear crisp sound. That’s how the Frequency will work in DRILL FITT. It will fine tune your mind and body to achieve outstanding fitness and health results.

I- INTENSITY

Using a scale of 1 to 10, DRILL FITT will start an individual at an intense level of 1 with a goal of 2. This is a short term goal with a long term goal of infinite results. The intensity will be based upon a member giving 100% to reach their goals.

T- TYPE

Repetition in fitness is the recipe for complacency. Our body and muscles learn as we get stronger and healthier. We plateau when our bodies memorize certain movements, exercises, and repetitions and we lose progress when things become redundant and boring. DRILL FITT consists of so many drills and exercises that the fun and challenges will seem endless.

T- TIME

Drills and exercises have to be regulated in time to achieve maximum results. Some only require short periods while others require you to dig deep and find that determination and will power to be successful.
